Exposing Democrats' Priority: Protecting Illegal Aliens from Deportation Over American Citizens' Safety

For educational and informational purposes only.

The State of the Union last night was a master class in backing the Democrats into a corner they couldn't get out of. He asked them outright if they believe that their priority is protecting and serving the American people, keeping their oaths of office, over people who are here illegally and are having very negative impacts on our society as a whole. People are dying, being maimed, raped, brutalized, and having their lives destroyed by these people's illegal presence in our nation.

It was this story of a 5-year-old little girl named Delilah Coleman that prompted the writing of this expose. Her story is a new file on top of so many others I have of those suffering or have lost their lives to people who should not have been here to commit those crimes in the first place. If our immigration laws had been enforced and 20 million or whatever illegals were not allowed to flood our communities, all of those people, including little 5-year-old Delilah, would, barring other reasons, be alive and/or whole today. That is a fact. All of these deaths, injuries, and lives ruined were all 100% preventable. They never should have happened, and the reason they did is that Democrat administrations allowed them to come here and victimize the very people they swore oaths of office to protect and serve.

As usual, I will lay out my case, but you have to make up your own mind.

Let's lay this out plainly as an exposé on what I see as the stark divide in priorities. The core truth we're uncovering here is that Democrats, through their own words, actions, and consistent opposition, have shown time and again that their focus is on shielding illegal aliens from deportation and enforcement—regardless of the harm to American citizens. This isn't about policy nuance; it's about a fundamental betrayal of their oath of office to protect and serve the American people first. President Trump's proposals, like Delilah's Law and mass deportations, force this exposure into the open, revealing a pattern where Democrats side with those here unlawfully over the victims they swore to safeguard. We'll weave in the key proposals, their stated reasons for opposition, and the underlying collectivist tactics to show how it all connects.

The Pattern: Trump's Proposals to Put Americans First, Met with Blind Democratic Opposition

Trump's agenda has consistently aimed to enforce immigration laws that prioritize American citizens' safety, jobs, and resources by removing or restricting illegal aliens. Yet, Democrats oppose every step, framing enforcement as "cruel" while ignoring the daily victimization of Americans—from deadly accidents to crimes committed by illegal aliens who shouldn't be here to begin with. Here's a table (Created by Grok) breaking down major proposals, how they protect citizens, and Democrats' opposition—each one tied to preventing deportations or removals that would send illegal aliens back where they belong.

Proposal

Description

How It Protects American Citizens

Democratic Opposition

Exposure of Disconnect

Delilah's Law

Bars any state from issuing commercial driver's licenses (CDLs) to illegal aliens, proposed in the 2026 State of the Union address.

Prevents illegal aliens from operating large commercial vehicles, reducing risks like the accident that injured Delilah Coleman due to language barriers and the inability to read road signs, prioritizing citizen safety on roads.

Democrats refused to stand during Trump's SOTU challenge to support protecting Americans over illegal aliens; their response focused on economic issues without endorsing the law, and some shouted interruptions like "You killed Americans" (e.g., Rep. Ilhan Omar).

Democrats' refusal to support exposes their choice to side with illegal aliens' access to jobs over preventing deadly accidents to American families, ignoring their oath to protect citizens first—essentially protecting illegal aliens from losing privileges that could lead to deportation.

Mass Deportation Program

Initiates the largest domestic deportation operation in U.S. history, targeting millions of illegal aliens, including prioritizing removals from Democratic-run cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York; expanded ICE authority to deport regardless of criminal background.

Removes illegal aliens who pose safety threats, compete for jobs, and strain resources, ensuring American citizens' security, employment, and public services are not undermined by those here unlawfully.

Democrats protested deportations, hosted ICE detainees and suspected illegal aliens as SOTU guests, and blocked funding for DHS enforcement; governors like Virginia's Abigail Spanberger terminated ICE cooperation agreements.

This blind opposition shows Democrats prioritizing the protection and retention of illegal aliens—even criminals—over deporting threats to American lives, directly shielding them from removal at citizens' expense.

End Sanctuary Cities and Penalties for Officials

Demands ending "deadly sanctuary cities" with serious penalties for public officials who block the removal of criminal illegal aliens; cuts federal funding to non-compliant states and cities.

Stops local policies that shield criminal illegal aliens from deportation, protecting American citizens from repeat offenders like killers, rapists, and gang members harbored in these areas.

Democratic governors and cities actively undermine federal enforcement by creating safe havens; House Oversight Committee hearings highlighted Democrats prioritizing the protection of illegal aliens over citizen safety.

Exposes Democrats' tactic of using sanctuary policies to harbor illegal aliens, blocking deportations, and aligning with a refusal to serve citizens victimized by those shielded.

Border Wall Construction and Military Deployment

Mandates the construction of a southwestern border wall and deploys U.S. military and National Guard to the border to stop illegal entries.

Physically secures the border to prevent illegal aliens from entering, reducing crime, drug influx, and human trafficking that endanger American communities and lives.

Democrats voted against border security acts, supported pathways to citizenship for illegal aliens, and co-sponsored amnesty bills; opposed national emergency declarations for wall funding.

Their opposition reveals a preference for open borders that allow illegal aliens to flood in, disregarding citizen safety from invasion-like entries and making deportations harder by increasing the numbers.

Suspend Asylum Entry and End Catch and Release

Suspends physical entry of illegal aliens, including barring asylum if it permits their presence; ends "catch and release" by detaining and deporting immediately.

Halts fraudulent asylum claims by illegal aliens, ensuring only legal processes are used and preventing release into communities where they can harm citizens or disappear.

Democrats demanded restrictions on enforcement, supported amnesty for millions, and opposed ending Biden-era policies that allowed releases; protested family separations from zero-tolerance enforcement.

This stance sides with illegal aliens' ability to exploit asylum over detaining threats to Americans, protecting them from immediate deportation.

End Temporary Protected Status (TPS) Extensions

Cancels TPS extensions for over 300,000 illegal aliens (e.g., Venezuelans), putting them at risk of deportation back to dangerous conditions they fled.

Revokes temporary protections for illegal aliens, freeing up resources and jobs for American citizens while ensuring that the U.S. is not a permanent haven for those without legal status.

Democrats extended TPS under Biden and opposed Trump's cancellations, framing it as cruel despite risks to Americans from unchecked influxes.

Opposing revocations exposes Democrats' choice to keep illegal aliens here indefinitely over deporting them, shielding them from removal.

Suspend Refugee Resettlement Program

Indefinitely halts the U.S. refugee admissions program (except limited cases like Afrikaners), which admitted 100,000 under Biden.

Prevents resettlement of potential risks among refugees, prioritizing American citizens' security over importing groups that could include threats or strain welfare systems.

Democrats criticized the halt as detrimental, advocating for continued admissions and opposing restrictions on entry from certain countries.

Their push for resettlement sides with foreign entrants over citizen safety, protecting potential illegal aliens from deportation-like exclusions.

End Birthright Citizenship

Ends automatic citizenship for children born in the U.S. to illegal aliens unless one parent is a citizen or permanent resident; challenged as unconstitutional but pursued via executive order.

Stops "anchor babies" used by illegal aliens to gain footholds, protecting the value of American citizenship and preventing exploitation that burdens taxpayers and systems.

Democrats challenged the order in court, viewing it as an attack on constitutional rights, and supported birthright for all, regardless of parents' illegal status.

Opposition highlights Democrats' preference for granting citizenship to offspring of illegal aliens over preserving it for legal Americans, making deportations tougher for families.

Zero Tolerance Policy and Family Separations

Prosecutes 100% of adult illegal aliens crossing the border illegally, with no exceptions for asylum seekers or those with children, leading to separations.

Deters illegal entries by enforcing laws strictly, protecting American borders and citizens from unchecked migration that brings crime and drugs.

Democrats decried it as cruel, blocked related funding, and demanded pathways to citizenship; protested separations despite the policy targeting illegal acts.

This reveals blind opposition to enforcement that holds illegal aliens accountable, choosing to portray separations as inhumane to shield violators from deportation.

Voter ID and Proof of Citizenship (SAVE America Act)

Requires voter ID and proof of citizenship to vote, proposed in the 2026 SOTU to prevent illegal aliens from influencing elections.

Ensures only American citizens vote, protecting democracy and election integrity from fraud by illegal aliens.

Democrats sat during SOTU applause for this, historically opposed voter ID laws as "suppressive," and focused on expanding access without strict proof.

Exposes Democrats' resistance to measures that block illegal aliens from voting, indirectly protecting them from deportation by allowing influence without citizenship.

End DACA and Dreamer Protections

Attempts to terminate Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), removing work authorization and deportation protections for illegal aliens brought as children (though Trump mentioned possible legislative solutions).

Prioritizes legal immigration by ending protections for illegal aliens, opening jobs and resources for American citizens.

Democrats fought terminations in court, supported pathways to citizenship for Dreamers, and hosted them as SOTU guests.

Their defense of DACA sides with illegal aliens' long-term stay over deporting them, explicitly protecting them from removal.

This table isn't just a list—it's evidence of a systemic pattern. Every proposal Trump advances to deport or restrict illegal aliens is met with Democratic roadblocks, even when American citizens are dying or suffering as a result (e.g., the Delilah case, or crimes by deported-and-returned illegal aliens). Keep in mind that deportations and illegal immigrants are just one area where this blind opposition exists. If Trump is for it, meaning it is good for the American people who elected him to do exactly what he is doing, Democrats are reflexively against it. That means they are against you, too, even if you support them, because what Trump is doing benefits you as well as an American citizen, whether you want it or not.

Democrats' Own Words: Reasons That Protect Illegal Aliens, Not Americans

Look at a summary of the Democrats' stated reasons for opposition—they never center on American victims or safety. Instead, every excuse revolves around sparing illegal aliens from deportation or hardship:

  • Delilah's Law: Unnecessary and discriminatory; part of a broader “cruel” and “reckless” anti-immigrant crackdown that terrorizes communities and doesn’t address real safety issues.

  • Mass Deportation Program: Inhumane, tears families apart, induces panic in communities, costs billions, disrupts local economies, and kills American citizens through overreach.

  • End Sanctuary Cities and Penalties: Attacks local autonomy and states’ rights; sanctuary policies are humane, build trust with law enforcement, and protect public safety.

  • Border Wall and Military Deployment: Wasteful, ineffective, symbolic racism; better to invest in technology and legal pathways than a “wall that doesn’t work.”

  • Suspend Asylum and End Catch-and-Release: Cruel to people fleeing persecution, denies due process and humanitarian protections, rips nursing mothers from their babies, and sends children to distant detention centers.

  • End TPS Extensions: Heartless, sends people back to life-threatening danger, ignores their economic contributions.

  • Suspend Refugee Resettlement: Anti-humanitarian, discriminatory, against American values of compassion; refugees enrich the nation.

  • End Birthright Citizenship: Unconstitutional, punishes innocent children for their parents’ status, and harms mixed-status families.

  • Zero Tolerance and Family Separations: Inhumane and traumatic for children; no justification for separating families.

  • Voter ID and Proof of Citizenship: A voter suppression tactic that disenfranchises legitimate voters; there is no widespread fraud.

  • End DACA and Dreamer Protections: Cruel to people brought here as children; breaks a promise and threatens long-term residents with deportation.

Not one reason mentions protecting American lives from the dangers posed by illegal aliens. It's all about "humanity" for those here illegally, "family unity" to avoid separations during deportations, or "economic benefits" that justify keeping them. This exposes their true sole purpose: block deportations to retain illegal aliens, even as citizens face higher risks from the unchecked illegal migration they caused and are now trying to protect.

Why do you think that is?

The Deeper Connection: Collectivist Tactics at Work

This isn't random partisanship either—it's tied to collectivist strategies I have discussed before, drawing from Marxist roots aimed at breaking down America from within. By protecting illegal aliens from deportation, Democrats advance:

  • Importing Dependency: Keeping illegal aliens here creates reliant populations that strain systems, pushing for bigger government (Cloward-Piven overload), while blocking deportations ensures a growing base for future amnesty and votes.

  • Eroding Sovereignty: Open borders and sanctuary policies dissolve national identity, using "compassion" narratives to justify harboring illegal aliens over enforcing laws that protect citizens.

  • Fostering Division: Framing deportations as "cruel" pits "victims" (illegal aliens) against "oppressors" (enforcement-minded Americans), stoking class/racial warfare to distract from citizen victimization.

  • Power Through Chaos: Opposing mass deportations creates ongoing crises, allowing collectivists to impose "solutions" like expanded welfare or globalist policies that sideline American priorities.

Trump's SOTU moment—where Democrats stayed seated while Republicans stood for "protect Americans over illegal aliens"—crystallizes this. Their actions and words prove they're more committed to serving illegal aliens than upholding their oath to the American people.

Did you see the hatred in those eyes? Trump is just an effigy for us, for you. He said it himself. He is not the one they are after; it's us. He is just in their way. You might want to put some serious thought into that. Just saying.

In the end, this exposé shows the truth: Democrats' blind opposition to deportation protections isn't about Americans—it's about preserving a system that favors illegal aliens to serve a collectivist agenda. Proposals like Delilah's Law and mass deportations shine a light on it, which should be forcing us to ask: Whose side are they really on?

By their own words and actions, it is quite obvious to millions of us that it isn't the side of the American people. Something to think about.
