(Opinion)

This morning, I was curious about when Facebook deleted a page I once had called 'The Ugly Truth Project.' I wanted to find out the date it was removed, so I began searching online for any old posts or references to TUTP to estimate the timing. I found absolutely nothing—no posts, quotes, references, or even domain registration details related to TUTP. I even used Grok to search in unexpected places, but still nothing. Many of you remember me working under the name The Ugly Truth Project; I even have a nameplate my wife made, so I’m not imagining this. It’s as if they erased me from the internet entirely. Even the Wayback Machine, which usually archives everything, has no record of me. That really pisses me off!
I've been at this for over ten years—sharing the hard lessons from my own rock bottom, the redemption that pulled me out, and the ugly truths about life, society, and the systems that keep people down. I built "The Ugly Truth Project" from nothing: a Facebook page that grew to thousands of followers, a website under the same name, posts shared across Twitter, Parler, everywhere I could reach.
One day, years ago, during the COVID plandemic, Facebook deleted the page as they did many others that refused to sit down and shut up. Poof—gone. No warning, no appeal available. Thousands of followers, years of writing, all vanished overnight. I kept going, though. Rebuilt on my own site and began a new project as "From the Grey". Kept writing because if they bother silencing you, it means you're saying something that matters.
But just recently, as I said, I dug deeper to see if any trace remained. Maybe an old archive, a Wayback Machine snapshot, some reposted content from the old days. Anything to revive pieces of it.
Nothing.
Zero.
Not a single post, not a screenshot, not even a mention of the page being deleted. My old domain registration info? Gone—like it never existed.
I searched everywhere: Google, archives, and old social platforms. It's as if "The Ugly Truth Project" never happened. Even though I posted it all over the internet for years.
This isn't random bad luck. This is a clean, thorough erasure. When something mildly controversial gets ignored, it lingers in obscurity. When it's a real threat—when it's waking people up, challenging the narrative—they don't just hide it. They scrub it.
They completely removed me from the digital record, guys, ERASED me! According to the internet, I never existed as TUTP, the project never existed, and everything I wrote and posted as TUTP is no longer there; it's all just vanished.
NOW! Before anyone assumes I'm getting conceited about this, I recognize that I'm simply one of many individuals these algorithms identified as a threat during this era of widespread censorship. However, I've recently discovered just how extensive that censorship truly was. I had no clue, and it takes a lot to surprise me. Consider me surprised! If something similar happened to you, search to see if you've been erased as well. Share your findings, or lack thereof, in the comments. I would be interested in hearing about your experience.
And you know what? That pisses me off more than the original deletion. But it also proves everything I/we've been saying. If my story—my redemption journey, the ugly truths I lived and learned—was harmless noise, they'd let it rot in some forgotten corner. Instead, they put effort into making it disappear entirely.
That's not defeat. That's validation.
I'm still here. The lessons are still in me. And now I'm writing this on a platform they can't nuke overnight—my own site, in my own books, etc.
They can delete old pages and domains. They can't delete what's coming, though.
The Ugly Truth Project lives on under a new name—stronger, because now I know exactly how far they'll go to silence it.
If you're reading this, you're part of why I keep going. Share it if it hits you.

Redemption has become more than just a personal matter for me. Although I didn't choose this battle, I'm not hesitant to take a strong stand. I enjoy a good fight, and discovering this before I've even had my morning coffee only fueled my determination! Deleting a page for 'violating' platform rules is one thing, but erasing someone from history? That's some totalitarian shite, man. I never imagined that I was such a significant threat that I needed to be wiped from existence.
Pardon my french but what a mind f____!
