Our Feelings/Emotions Are Always Valid, But Our Behaviors Are Not.

Emotions are an intricate web of our innermost feelings, often shaping our thoughts and behaviors. As human beings, we are constantly swayed by a spectrum of emotions, ranging from joy and excitement to sadness and anger. It is crucial to acknowledge that our emotions are always valid, as they reflect our inner state of being. However, it is equally essential to recognize that the behaviors that stem from these emotions may not always align with reality.


The Validity of Emotions


Emotions serve as our internal compass, guiding us through the highs and lows of life. They provide us with valuable insights into our desires, needs, and reactions to external stimuli. Whether it's the exhilaration of achieving a goal or the sorrow of a loss, our emotions are a fundamental aspect of our human experience. Validating our emotions means accepting them without judgment or suppression, allowing ourselves to feel and process them in a healthy manner.


Our emotional responses are a natural and authentic reflection of our inner world. Each emotion, be it happiness, fear, or love, carries its own significance and deserves to be acknowledged. Validating our emotions fosters self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and overall well-being. It empowers us to navigate life's challenges with resilience and compassion, both towards ourselves and others.


The Dichotomy of Emotions and Behaviors


While our emotions are inherently valid, the behaviors that arise from them may not always be a true depiction of reality. These behaviors, stemming from your distorted beliefs, do not accurately reflect your capabilities or potential success in the interview.

This serves as the entrance to acquiring a more effective mindset, as long as we continue to shift blame onto others, we will not truly hold ourselves accountable, a crucial step in acknowledging our primary truth.



As we journey towards self-discovery and emotional development, it is crucial to consistently seek and uphold a perpetual equilibrium between emotion and logic, as they intricately rely on each other in our problem-solving processes. We need to grasp the intricacies of navigating the fine line between our internal emotions and our external expressions, regardless of whether these manifestations are constructive or detrimental.


Which is of course always our decision.


Enhancing our self-awareness at an individual level enables us to better understand others and human behavior, providing a robust shield against psychological manipulation. Regulating our emotions empowers us to govern the behaviors we exhibit externally. Although this concept may seem familiar as it is part of our daily routine, many of us merely skim the surface of our potential, missing out on the deeper insights and enhanced self-mastery that lie within.


Once we take that step, the behaviors will naturally adjust, and I assure you that both you and others will see the difference.
